The hotel's location was excellent to Nishiki Market. the staff was very friendly. the room was clean and spacious. It included a comfy bed.

the hotel was modern and clean. the room was large (i stayed in a beautiful twin room). it was well located and the neighborhood was quiet.
the windows were frosted out, so i could not see outside.

a blissful retreat in the heart
welcome drink minimalist interiors attached cafe soft loungewear
the staff offered a welcome drink of matcha with a small snack upon check-in, a tender gesture. the minimalist interiors created such peace and harmony. the café connected to the hotel served delicious fare, it was so convenient. i purchased a set of the loungewear because i found it so soft.
The windows do not open. It's like a fixed windshield, a slight disappointment! though everything else made up for it.

a comfortable stay with excellent service
warm ambience friendly staff great pressure
i found the staff very friendly and cute, especially helpful with my luggage forwarding instructions. everything seemed clean, and they provided daily tidying. the shower had great water pressure. i loved the spacious room where i felt relaxed.

okay stay but with issues
spacious room comfortable lounge expensive laundry closed window
the room was super spacious. baby cot was provided. the shower was totally great. the lounge was comfy too and i enjoyed the coffee downstairs i drunk, it was really superb!
the windows won't open and i feel trapped. it's just a windshield and you can't see through. there isn't a coin laundry in the hotel i needed, i had to send my clothes for dry cleaning but its expensive. the closest laundry is twelve minutes away!

The staff was helpful, proactively offering assistance in English. There was also a welcome gift with matcha and a local sweet. I appreciated the convenient access to local attractions from the hotel.
The windows were frosted, preventing any view outside which felt somewhat confining. I also noticed minimal amenities and limited room service options.
